After renting for 8 years, I was finally ready to purchase a home. This was not going to be an easy feat in the area in which I lived due to the inflated cost of homes.  However, my Craig & Wheeler broker refused to give up, showing me home after home- even showing one home TWICE the day before Thanksgiving (at a commute of 80 miles round trip).  The search took 8 months (due to the high price of homes and my personal price range), during which time Craig & Wheeler never gave up. They sent me daily updates on homes just placed on the market and continued to make the 80 mile trip to view a prospective home.  After making a selection, negotiations were extremely difficult.  Any other agent would have simply said it wasn’t going to happen.  This was not an acceptable option for my Craig & Wheeler broker .  He tirelessly negotiated with the seller’s agent for up to two weeks.  The seller’s agent admitted there had been other interested parties, however, their agents were not willing to work with the seller.  When an agreement was finally reached, my broker continued his efforts to ensure all conditions in the contract were completed.  Being a first time home buyer, I was unaware of the many details involved and Craig & Wheeler walked me through each stage, including the closing process. 

Although I worked directly with only one broker, I can honestly say all agents with Craig and Wheeler Realty are dedicated, motivated, and willing to do what it takes to find the right home or property for their clients.  Simply put, they are the best.
