Thomas Landers

Thomas is a Bedford County native, graduating from Shelbyville Central High School in 1976. He attended Motlow State Community College, receiving his Realtors license. Thomas is the son of Lillie Landers of Shelbyville and the late Elbert Landers. Beginning at age 8, Thomas has worked in the family business, Landers Quality Recappers, across the street from Craig and Wheeler on Cannon Blvd. He became co-owner with brother, Steven, in 1988.

Thomas is married to the former Vicki Yoes. They have two children, Lesli Landers Cooke, a nursing student and BCMC employee, and Tyler Landers, current co-owner of Landers Tires.  They have 2 granddaughters, Ellie and Hadlee.

Thomas has many interests and hobbies including dirt track racing, spotted saddle horses, gospel singing, piloting small aircraft, boating and traveling. He served for a number of years on the Bedford County Fair Board.

Thomas has enjoyed the many years of serving the public and he looks forward to helping his many friends, old and new, in acquiring the ideal real estate for their needs.
