Public Notice: Pursuant to an order of the Chancery Court at Bedford County, Tennessee, is estate of Sara Chapman Buntley, Civil Action No. 32,507; the undersigned will on Saturday, April 4th, 2020, at 10 A.M., on the premises, offer for the sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder on the terms of cash, the following described real estate located in Bedford County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record: Land being in the 22nd Civil District of Bedford County, Tennessee, described as follows, to wit: ±5 acres located on Joe Hart Road Shelbyville, TN., to which reference for a more detailed description. Being the same property conveyed to Sara Chapman Buntley by deed from Ben A. Womack, and wife Ada Womack, dated September 30th, 1965, as of record in Deed Book 97, Page 67, Register`s Office for Bedford County, Tennessee. Tax ID: 142-19.02 Current Owner of Property: Estate of Sara Chapman Buntley, W. Andrew Bobo, Esq., Administrator for the Estate the street address of the above described property is believed to be 122 Joe Joe Hart Road, Shelbyville, TN 37160 but such address is not part of the legal description of the property sold herein and in the event of any discrepancy, the legal description referenced herein shall control the above described property.
