Lana has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science from Motlow State Community College.  She is originally from Winchester where she graduated high school and her parents, Jack and Dianne Ferrell, still reside.

She works full time as the Director of Edsouth Student Outreach Services and enjoys real estate in the evenings and weekends. 

Lana is married to Ben Craig and has two children.  She enjoys being involved with all the kid's activities, in church, traveling, reading, exercising and gardening.
